Build Something That Actually Matters

We're looking for people who want to help others get better at something practical. Not saving the world, just making budget presentations less painful and financial planning more accessible for professionals across Thailand.

Curriculum Designer

Full-time • Nakhon Ratchasima • Starting October 2025

Build course content that doesn't put people to sleep. We need someone who can take complex financial concepts and turn them into learning materials that actually stick. You'll spend time talking to students, testing ideas, and refining what works.

Student Success Coordinator

Full-time • Nakhon Ratchasima • Starting November 2025

What Working Here Feels Like

We're a small team, which means you'll actually know everyone's name. And you'll probably have opinions about how they make coffee.

Most people here came from teaching, finance, or design backgrounds. Some had no formal training in education at all. What they share is this weird drive to make learning financial skills less boring than it usually is.

  • Flexible hours that respect the fact you might do your best work at 7am or 9pm
  • Real feedback loops where student input actually changes what we do next week
  • Budget for professional development because we can't expect you to teach learning if you stop learning yourself
  • Health coverage that includes mental health support

People You'd Work With

These are some of the folks already here. They're not perfect, but they care about doing good work and helping each other out when things get messy.

Damien

Curriculum Lead

Used to work in corporate training and got tired of death by PowerPoint. Now he designs courses where people actually have to think and do things, not just click through slides.

Petra

Student Experience

She's the first person students talk to when they're confused or stuck. Petra has this knack for figuring out what someone actually needs versus what they think they need.

Ross

Senior Instructor

Spent fifteen years doing financial analysis before switching to teaching. He explains complex budget scenarios in ways that actually make sense, probably because he's been in those same frustrating situations.
